Ammonia Air Cooling Units
We are offering ammonia air cooling units. Tailor made air cooling units are designed and supplied by us considering energy saving in fan motor as well as compressor motor power. No. Of rows deep and fin spacing are designed considering pressure drop & bypass factor of air as well as considering frosting problem for subzero temperature applications. Fans are selected for providing maximum efficiency at particular static pressure requirements. Material or construction and thickness for tubes, fins and casing are selected considering longer life of the equipment and protection from corrosion in humid atmosphere. moc of tube are ss, hot dip galvanized, carbon steel or aluminum. Moc of fins are ss, hot dip galvanized carbon steel or aluminum. Moc of casings are ss or powder coated / hot dip galvanized carbon steel. horizontal / vertical surge drums for individual air cooling units or common low pressure receiver with ammonia liquid pump (liquid overfeed system) can be designed and supplied as per the requirements.

Evaporative Condensers
We are offering evaporative condensers. The evaporative condensers are most energy efficient condensers in comparision with s & t type or phe type condensers. 15 to 20% of the energy can be saved because of approx 75% power saving in condenser pump and 10 t 15% power saving in compressor motor by maintaining lower condensing temperature. we have solved the problems with evaporative condensers such as cleaning of tubes by providing enough space between tubes. The corrosion problem of tubes and casing is solved by providing ss tubes and ss or frp casing.

Cooling Towers
We are offering cooling towers. The cooling towers are made from frp, wooden, hot dip galvanized carbon steel or ss material. The fills are honey comb type or perforated angle type pvc or wooden flat or triangular type. types of cooling towers: counter flow cross flow induced draft forced draft fan less � atmospheric type of the fills are selected considering quality and temperature of hot water. Height of fills and air quantity requirements are calculated considering range, approach and saturation efficiency / pressure drop across fills. proper design of the cooling tower can provide required approach with minimum power consumption of fan and pump motor. performance of the cooling tower are measured by approach (temperature difference between water outlet temperature & wb temperature) and not by range (temperature difference between inlet & outlet water). The range can be fixed by source of heat and rate of water circulation and not by cooling tower. cooling tower is not an evaporative cooling (adiabatic cooling) system. In cooling tower the enthalpy of air is increasing and enthalpy of water is decreasing by heat and mass transfer process.
