AUTOPAVE-09 is a crawler mounted sensor paver finisher and it comes with hydrostatic transmission, hydraulic drive for conveyor, sliding type control panel, dual operator seats, hydraulically extendable screed with tamping, vibration and heating facility, MOBA (Germany) make sensor device for automatic slope & grade control and Sonic Sensor system for automatic material flow control.Conveyor and Auger have independent drive and have infinitely variable speed. While working on Auto mode, the system automatically controls speed of Conveyor and Auger as per material requirement. All the controls are in a simple panel for easy operation. Traction, Conveyor and Auger speed are controlled by PLC, which gives flexible control as well as great reliability.AUTOPAVE-09 has basic screed width of 3.0 meters and it is hydraulically extendable up to 5.5 meters and it can be further extended through bolt on extension up to 9.0 meters.
