These unusual materials offer outstanding non-stick performance, high temperature, chemical and fire resistance as well as excellent electrical properties,and they have been used in a wide range of industrial applications. PTFE coated tapes provides an excellent release surface for a diversity of industrial applications requiring high temperature, electrical resistance, mechanical strength,and fire retardancy.

The filled Teflon® (PTFE) we process, serve nearly every identifiable market at both the OEM and after-market levels, as well as plastics distributors and machine shops that serve OEM's. Most of our filled PTFE, we process offer superior performance characteristics and extended service life under critical conditions. A sampling of our custom parts include Piston Rings Wearing Rings Rider Rings Seal Rings Bearing Rings Gland Packing Shaft Bearing and many more. Available filled PTFE include Glass Carbon Graphite Bronze Glass+Graphite Bronze+MOS2 Coke+Ceramic Special filled PTFE available upon request. These are standard sizes.
