Filter Press - Zero Hold up Liquid- Solid Filtration & Separation Process The filter press is a solid liquid separation device using the principle of pressure feeding. It is highly efficient, compact, dewatering device for separating solids from liquid slurries in the form of compressed cake. It has wide range of applications by several industries like Pharma, bulk drugs, distilleries, beverages & other industries. The unfiltered liquid is fed into the filter under positive pressure, where liquid travels in downwards direction and finds its way through opening on sides of the Filter Plates. As the liquid pressure increases, the Filter media holds the foreign particles and allows only clear filtrate to pass through the central channel formed by interlocking pressure cups to the outlet. Filtration is continued until the cake holding capacity of the unit is reached or until the filtrate rate becomes too slow owing to cake resistance. Visual Bottle Inspection Machine Application & Process : Visual Bottle Inspection Machine is used for visual Inspection of filled bottles to checked for non required foreign particles & leak checking and to ensures maintain quality standard of products as per requirements in Pharmaceuticals & Foods Industries. Inspection table is equipment consisting of a three-track conveyor with a hood with lighting arrangement and visual inspection background of alternate black & white color. Application & Process : Compact Sieving & Grading Process Technic Vibro Sifter is used for screening, sieving, grading for solid-liquid separation, process to separate the desired elements and the undesired elements from the combination of solid to solid (where two solids are generally having different properties) and solid to liquid material. There is provision for application of vacuumized inside the shell and circulation of heating media in the jacket during the rotation of the stirrer. The large heating surface area presented by the internals surface of the shell ensures uniform drying of the product, as the product gently moving & fluidized while the Paddle stirrer rotates. The diffusive action induced by the mixing stirrer constantly presents a fresh layer to come into contact with the indirectly heated walls of the shell. A well designed sealing system enable maintenance of deep vacuum inside the shell, and also ensures positive circulation of a heating media in the jacket. In operation, material is filled to the top of the shell. The shaft rotates at relatively low speed and the moving paddles push and fluidized the material back and forth mixing it. The outer Paddle rotation displaces the material from the ends to the center while the inner paddle rotations move the material from the center to the ends. This counter-current action results in homogenous blending. Mixing is achieved in 15 to 20 minutes with 90 to 95 % or better homogeneity. The blades of paddles are pitched to promote top - to bottom flow. In addition, adjustable scrapers are utilized to prevent the build-up of a stagnant film between the agitator and the vessel, and assure efficient heat transfer to product during heating and cooling steps. The speed of the agitator and the counter paddle can be varied separately. Homo disperser, locates at the bottom of the vessel, accomplishes emulsification by physical action and centrifugal forces created by high speed rotation of the rotor. These actions would break up oil phase/ aqueous phase liquid stream into tiny and discrete droplets. Then they will be intensively and continuously mixed by counter - rotating agitator mechanism, and become final products. Turbo Sifter Compact Combine Sieving & Milling Process Technic Application & Process : The Turbo Sifter is used to combine process for sieving and milling. Such particles sometimes enter the product stream from deteriorating processing equipment components such as worm sieve wires or splintered dies. This metal detector removes metallic contaminants automatically and without production interruption from a stream of tablets or capsules. A metallic contaminant in the product change the high frequency field within the detector coil, which in turn activates a reject flap by pneumatic solenoids. The metallic contaminant is reliably rejected with very little loss of material due to the extremely fast and short activation of the reject flap. The metal detector chute can be quickly and easily dismantled for routine cleaning and product changeover. Tablet Inspection Machine Application & Process : Tablet Inspection Machine is used for visual Inspection of Tablets, both coated and uncoated type of all sizes, most conveniently and at a very high speed, ensuring strict Quality control at the same time maintaining good checking rate. Tablet De-Duster Tablet De-dusting and De-Burring Process Application & Process : De-Duster is pharmaceutical processing equipment that removes the fine surface dust from tablets through using vibratory effect.
