Design Principal :
The emergence of the Purusharth burner so named because it’s believe in complete solution of combustion. In our design from the principal of velocity in the combustion gases resulting in maximum efficiency, accurate flame shaping & complete combustion of gases. The burner motor is design with class “F” prisulation which giving a higher electrical “efficiency (n)” & prisulation which giving a higher electrical burner is far lower than the statutory minimum. Our burner is design with long blast tube & separate mounting flanges. So it’s very easy to maintained the burner at the same position.
Design :
The burner housing assembly is comprising of 5 section of high tensile aluminum. The burner body coated with orange & other ancillary components coated with black.
Combustion Head :
Gas assembly for a combustion can be removed separately as a unit for maintains purpose without any change in burner mounting which is mounted on boiler, oven furnace etc.
The combustion head can be removed separately as a unit for maintenance purpose. The combustion cone is made with S.S. as per our design.
Air Damper :
In tow stage burner are fitted with feature of 90 % air damper closure with operate every time automatically. This provides an energy saving bonus an also protect the boiler fabric.
In single stage burner are fitted with manually operated air damper.
Quality Management Control :
Continuous dimensional & details checks are made while components are in production areas. Burner fan are manufactured to our design parameter. Each burner is electrically inspected and tested. The final check before dispatch is made by firing on Gas and diesel.
