Digital Continuous Feeding System for Blow Room Line: This system is for those Blow Room Lines where the Blow Room line is working over ON OFF system. The drawback of this system is that the supply of material is getting STOP & START resulting high CV. In continuous feeding system material supply is continuous and maintaining material duct pressure constant, resulting uniform CV. This material duct pressure maintaining process is controlled by controlling speed of last feeding point. Means when material duct pressure is high system gives command to run last feeding point at low speed and when material duct pressure is low system gives command to run the last feeding point at high speed. The material duct pressure is monitored by system round the clock and according to material duct pressure control system gives command at variable speed. It is fully digital system.

We are ex service personnel of Truetzschler india. We at SEL Electronics Solution developed the conversion kit to replace the old PCB system by newly developed PLC system. Conversion of tms1 or tms2 to PLC & DC System to AC System with auto levelling System CCD & CFD, Card Commander with Hi Resulotion Touch Screen. Working of our system is very much user friendly. Control wiring of our system is very much easy as compare to existing machine’s complicated wiring. Our system is equipped with electronic auto leveler(ccd & cfd). All the function including the auto leveller are working very well. With this system we are replacing the existing complete truetzschler tms1tms2 system, doffer, feed roll & fbk feed roll motor and drive, card commander. We are fixing our plc new control wiring, new motors & drive (doffer, feed roll & fbk feed roll) card commander (touch panel) new auto leveller sensors.
