AAAG Curtain nozzle, 63 mm size, made of Gunmetal with M.S. Plate Deflector, having flow of approximately 900 lpm @ 7 kg/cm2, fitted with Male Instantenous Inlet, suitable for use with 63 mm size hose, and giving semi-circular spray pattern for radiant heat protection.

AAAG Vehicle monitor, nominal waterway size 63/75/100 mm, flow capacity 1800/2750/3800 lpm at 7 kg/cm2 inlet pressure. Monitor shall be constructed of Carbon (Mild) Steel, with Gunmetal swivel joints (Geared vertical joint, manual horizontal joint), 4” Inlet flange (150# class) and BSP threaded outlet. Monitor shall meet the required performance specifications.

AAAG ‘Unilite’ constant flow nozzles, made of Aluminium alloy (anodized), having rubber moulded pistol grip handle, and ball valve with shut off handle. Nozzle shall have flow of 150 – 600 lpm at 7 kg/cm2, with good range hollow jet (30 mtrs), and outlet shall have spinning teeth for dense fog in spray position.

Underground Hydrant Valve, made of Cast Iron, having 75 mm100 mm flanged inlet and 63 mm flanged outlet (connected to 63 mm Round Thread Male outlet, suitable for use with Standpipes). The Valve stem shall be suitable for operation using the hydrant key.

AAAG Turbo Pump, made of Aluminium alloy, of approximate 1200 lpm capacity at 7 kg/cm2 inlet pressure (2 m depth). The turbine shall have 63 mm Male Instantaneous Inlet and 63 mm Female Instantaneous Outlet, while the evacuation pump shall have 63 mm Female Instantaneous outlet for discharging the evacuated liquid.

AAAG Triple purpose Nozzle, Screwed Inlet Design, made of Gunmetal, with option of projecting water in form of hollow jet or full, protective spray, and shall have facility of complete shut-off. Nozzle shall have 63mm Female Threaded Inlet, discharge outlet shall have rubber ring for protection, and fixed teeth for giving good quality spray. H.P tested to 21 kgf/cm2 for 2.5 minutes

AAAG Fire fighting (Foam) Trailer, made of suitable size M.S. channel/angles and deck fitted with non-slip Aluminium chequered plate. Trailer pipework/feed arrangement shall be such as to minimize friction losses, and mounted with suitable Monitor/Nozzle and Stainless Steel Foam concentrate tank. Manual and Vehicle towing arrangement provided.

AAAG Trailer Firefighting pump unit, 1800 lpm capacity @ 7.0 kgf/cm2, consisting of TATA/Mahindra (or equivalent), 60 HP Diesel engine, 2200 rpm, Water cooled. Engine coupled with corrosion resistant Bronze centrifugal pump, provided with an exhaust ejector primer. Pump inlet is 4.0” MRT, with 2 Nos. 2.5” Instantaneous Female Outlet.

Suction Hose Male Female Couplings, 75100140 mm size, made of Gunmetal, suitable for use with hard suction hoses. Couplings shall have standard round threads .

AAAG Air Release Valve, made of Stainless Steel (SS304/SS316), 25 mm size MBSP threaded Inlet. The valve housing shall incorporate suitable ball arrangement to release air from the riser when being filled with water, but close the opening when water reaches the valve.  

AAAG Fire Brigade Inlet (Pumping in Breech), having Stainless Steel (SS304/SS316) body with 2/3/4 Nos. 63 mm size Stainless Steel (SS304/SS316) Male Instantaneous inlets (with NRV), and 80/100/150 mm size flanged outlet, suitable for connection to Dry Riser piping. Fire Brigade inlet body shall be provided with drain valve.

Hydrant Valve (Double headed), as per IS: 5290, made of Stainless Steel, having 100 mm flanged inlet, and 2 Nos. 63 mm Female Instantenous outlets, C.I. handwheels for hydrant operation, and PVC blank caps with chain. Body duly painted with 2 coats of superior quality paint. H.P. tested to 21 kgf/cm2 (body) and 14 kgf/cm2 (seat). Flow 1800 lpm (min) at 7 kgf/cm2.

AAAG Solid Jet nozzle for monitors, made of Gunmetal, suitable for 63/75/100 mm waterway size monitor, having flow of 1750/2580/3500 lpm (min) at 7 kgf/cm2 inlet pressure, and giving superior range jet. Nozzle shall have suitable inlet matching to monitor threads.

AAAG Hydrant Stand Post (Single), constructed of Carbon (Mild) Steel, nominal pipe size 75 mm, having 80 mm flanged inlet and outlet (ANSI B 16.5 150# or other), suitable for mounting standard 63 mm size Hydrant (Landing) valve.

AAAG Hose Reel Nozzle, Shut-Off type, 19/ 25 mm size, made of Gunmetal, for projecting water in form of solid jet. The nozzle shall be have 6 mm/8 mm bore outlet, and shall give a good range jet (min. 6/7 mtr). Nozzle shall have shut-off arrangement, and shall be suitable for connecting to ¾”/1″ hose.
