Main composition of feldspar powder is Na2O( 5 - 12 %) and SiO2 (30 - 40 %). Its melting point is 1170-1200C with specific gravity of 2.60. Feldspar is also available in lumps/granules. Sodium feldspar is available in pure form and is widely used as flux in fabrication of glass, ceramics, dental porcelain, porcelain insulator and also in fruits.
