Mr.Ashok Lakhani is very well versed with the existing business of Formaldehyde, as he is into the imports and trading of Methanol, Phenol, acetone and other petrochemical items since last one decade under the name and style of M/s Jay Overseas Private Limited. Methanol is the quintessential and chief raw material required for the manufacture of Formaldehyde and other being the process water (RO water). Apart from everything else, the profitability of the unit is greatly enhanced with the sourcing of raw material at the most competitive price. Also the major application and end use of Formaldehyde is into lamination and plywood industry, which also requires methanol, phenol etc. as the other raw materials.
