These application work is based on SMS service. Using this software you can genertate any kind of report, based on your requirement on your PC. This application uses GPRS technology. The required information can be downloaded in WORD / Excel / PDF files. Un authorized persons cannot retrieve or view your data in the server. It is highly confidential. If there is a problem in the net work or the sever is down, then our system detects the problem, stores the data in a personal folder and resends to the server / Mobile when the network or server is up

TRACK REQUIREMENTS FOR RAIL WEIGHBRIDGE : Approximate 100 Mtrs straight Track on either side of weighbridge. The Track at both end of the weighbridge of 100 Mtrs. is desired to be level tangent with gradient not exceeding "1 in 300". Points of crossing up to a distance of about 100 Mtrs of both end of the weighbridge are needed to be avoided. Concrete sleepers upto 100 Mtrs & RCC base atleast 20 Mtrs on either side of the track should be well ballistic and settled at both end. Non weighing speed should not be more than 25 Kmp.   SYSTEM OVERVIEW : The load cell based in - motion weighing system consists of 4 load cells, weighbridge with prefabricated supporting structure and rail approaches. The load cells are strain gauge based electrical signal with very high accuracy and stability. Wagon movement on the weighbridge is identified by Track switches placed on either side of bridges, to detect the direction, type of wagon, start and stop weighment.

GENERAL A durable and reliable on-board weighing system from “AMBIKA” ensures overloading of tippers/wagons and improves process efficiency. The fact that it is a digital system, it has less cabling than others, having no junction box and therefore, clay, moisture, dust will not cause it to fail. The need for instant load verification has become critical for companies that need to be more efficient in hauling, determine profit/loss with each load,eliminate overweight fines while maximizing each load and monitor potential wear on equipment. Workmanship: It consists of a very high capacity pressure transuders which are fixed to the inlet port of the vehicle’s lifting cylinder. The hydraulic pressure in the lifting cylinder is proportional to the load carried in the bucket.The output of the pressure transducer is connected to the Indicator. The Indicator displays the weight of material in the bucket and totalizes this weight reading. This totalized quantity is subtracted from the target load which is set by the operator. This allows the operator to control the quantity of material into the wagon in the final stages of loading , thereby avoiding over-loads. Feature and Advantages of Mobile Weighbridge. "AMBIKA" is the first and only company to introduce Mobile Weighbridges in Gujarat, India. These weighbridges are designed to be installed quickly anywhere there is a need for on-site truck weighing and surface mounted. These quickly installed Mobile weighbridges do not need permanently built foundations, but only a fairly horizontal level and strong concrete floor, eliminating costly site preparation and reducing installation time to a mater of hours. Thease weighbridges are completely supplied with ramps which are steel fabricated and therefore do not need traditional cement foundation. The top plate and Bottom frame are steel fabricated and the load cell are installed between top frame and bottom frame which rests on traditional foundation.
