SSPM- Tablet Inspection machine is used for an efficient inspection of capsules and plain or coated tablets, also to manually identify and remove defective products. The operator can manually remove tablets with various defects, like broken, chipped, off-colour, contaminated or with foreign particle on the tablet surfaces.

Tablet coating system is an innovative answer to current need of Pharmaceutical tablet coating process. Compliance of cGMP, 21 CFR Part 11 most common needs like cleanliness contamination aspects are key features of the equipment.

The system will be kept over hopper of compactor machine. System with 01 nos. conveying hopper, with control panel and vacuum source. As mention the material will suck from the bottom of IPC and load the filling machine hopper through conveying system. After compaction same system can also suck the material from IPC and again load the hopper.

Roll Compactor is a screw feeding system, which conveys the powder from hopper to the compaction area between the rolls.

Octagonal blender is versatile blending equipment for mixing of dry granules for tablets and dry powders for capsules homogenously. It will be fixed with two different frames. One end is driving and second will be supporting end.

SSPM- Automatic vertical rotary vial sticker is a labelling machine to stick self adhesive label on 2 ml to 250 ml Vial (cGMP Model) with change parts required for different sizes of Vial.
