Automatic High Speed Injectable Powder Filling with Rubber Stoppering Machine is a Double wheel Double Track Powder Filling Machine with Vibratory Rubber Stoppering Unit to feed higher quantity of rubber stopper to the feeding chute for High Speed Performance of Machine. This Machine is mainly used to fill two different product in one vial or to fill Double dosing product at the speed of 250 Vial / min. The incoming dry vials (sterilized and siliconised) are fed through the unscrambler with suitably guided on the moving delrin flat conveyor belt at the required speed of the correct placement below powder wheel. The sterilized powder stored in two powder hoppers is agitated by pair of mechanical agitators for maintaining consistency and uniform bulk density, each powder wheel having eight ports rotates at the pre determined speed below the powder hopper with practically no clearance. Powder wheel consist of Piston in each port and behind the powder wheel, vacuum plate is provided there is no clearance between powder wheel and vacuum plate due to back spring pressure. Precise volume of powder is sucked in to the port of powder wheel during vacuum according to the piston length different fill size can be achieved. The excess powder is doctored off by a doctor blade, the doctor blades can also be adjusted from outside without removing powder hopper. When powder wheel indexes further and remain in the port due to the vacuum till it reaches just vertically above the vial. The time dose of Compressed air, sterilized low pressure air or Nitrogen Gas sequentially flushes out powder from the port of powder wheel in to the container one by one. It is a double wheel Double track machine, so each powder wheel is filling vials alternately with double track system. The filled vials are immediately separated on the conveyor by vial separator and moves further for stoppering operation. (Different grooves separator can be used which depends on the container diameter or multiple dosing system.) After separated from vial separator, vials move further towards rubber stoppering unit and in between it will be converted in to single track from from double track with the help of suitable guide rails on machine conveyor. The sterilized and siliconised rubber stoppers stored in the vibrator bowl moves vertically to the rubber stopper chute. The vial is hold firmly between pair or timing belt to pickup rubber stopper from exit end of the chute. Further the vials are passed between two pressing roller for tight fit fixing of rubber stopper. After stoppering operation, vials will be collected in to the Scrambler and move towards sealing machine for Vial sealing operation.

Vial during its rotation movement with in feed star wheel, its picks up Aluminum seal from the retaining finger of delivery chute and correctly position on the vial before entering sealing turret. Vial now moves on the spring loaded sealing platform, where free spinning sealing rollers moves gradually inside to complete the sealing operation during rotational movement of sealing platform turret. Now sealed vials are transferred to exit star wheel pocket and further moves out on to the flat conveyor belt.
