DESCRIPTION Harsiddh auger type filling machines provide exceptional powder filling operations to pharmaceuticals, food, biotech and agricultural firms. Both single and double auger types are robust and made in to international quality specifications. They are manufactured using corrosion free, high quality stainless steels that makes the equipment durable and enable aseptic and contamination free filling. Our machines are CE certified and require little maintenance and able to provide high value and long service life. Both single and double head systems are designed to maximize production output and are able to fill varying containers ranging from 5 -200 grams. They handle a wide range powders ranging from fine to granulated types. Parts are easily interchangeable and this reduces change over time while increasing flexibility and output. They incorporate sensors to prevent powder filling when the container is not there. The single auger type has a throughput of 20 – 40 bottles per minute while the double head fills 30-80 bottles per minute. The operation process ensures great accuracy and wastage free filling. Dry sterile bottles are fed to the system using a conveyor belt. They then move to the feed turn table. Upon reaching the filling section, they are clamped and magnetic clutch rotates the auger so as to release a predetermined quantity. Compact design. Filling accuracy between +/- 1-2% in single dose.
