Semolina (sooji or rawa) product reference standards semolina(sooji or rawa) means the product prepared from clean wheat free from rodent hair and excreta by process of grinding and bolting. It shall be free from musty smell and off-odour and shall be creamy yellow in colour. It shall conform to the following standards: moisture: not more than 14.50 % (when determined by heating at 130-133° c for 2 hours).
