Partition can be provided to obtain effective Counter Current flow of Water and Fabrics. The washed fabric comes in contact with fresh water which improves washing efficiency. There is high liquor turbulence with quick liquor exchange resulting in effective removal of dissolved Chemicals and Impurities.   Top Rollers are fixed in bearings. Bottom rollers are fixed in bearings mounted outside the tank with mechanical seals or fixed in self lubricated bushes. All compartments are equipped with direct or indirect heating arrangement as required.   The washing compartments are equipped with medium pressure squeeze nips for intermediate compartment and heavy squeeze nip for high extraction at the delivery end. Rubber Rollers are made from special rubber compounds suitable to resist the chemicals or dyes used as required by process.   Closed Double Loop Counter-Current Washer Series Stn     This is a highly efficient Open-Width Washer with double loop threading of fabrics where two adjacent fabrics strands move in opposite directions, creating great turbulence which ensures very high washing efficiency.     The Trough can be provided with partitions to obtain Counter-Flow, wherein cleaner / washed fabric comes in contact with cleaner water as the fabric advances.   These compartments have all top rollers fixed in bearings, and on request, can be provided with Torque motors on individual or alternative rollers.   Bottom rollers are fixed in bearings mounted outside the tank with mechanical seals or fixed in self lubricated bushes. All compartments are equipped with direct or indirect heating arrangement as required.   Closed Double Loop Counter-Current Washer Stn-Cp Series   STN-CP is a wash tank where the fabrics passes two adjacent strands in opposite directions and gets squeezed just before leaving the last roller of the set. This movement of fabric in opposite directions creates high turbulence which, with the dip Squeeze arrangement, results in better washing results. Top Squeeze Rollers are covered with rubber to withstand temperature up to 95°C - 98°C. Top rollers are fixed in bearings and provided with Torque motors on individual or alternative rollers.    

Tubular Heat Setting Machine Model THS - 1 and THS - 2 for Heat Setting with Hot Air Circulating System for all synthetic fabrics and their blends with Cotton, Lycra – Polyester / Lycra – Nylon or Elastene Blends etc. The Heat Setting machine THS is used to achieve results on knit tubular fabric, which were only possible until now with open-width fabric treated on a Stenter. It also avoids the problems and difficult handling that are faced when fabric has to be processed in open width. The Heat Setting Machine is used for the pre-setting of Lycra / Elastene blends with cotton or synthetic fibres before the wet processing of the gray fabric, as well as the Heat Setting of synthetic fabrics and blends, if finished in tubular form. The Heat Setting machine THS is equipped with specially designed adjustable Stainless Steel Frames. Machine is equipped with Radial Blowers, one per section, a Natural Gas Burner or Thermic Fluid Heater, Nozzle Systems for uniform distribution of the re-circulating hot air and a suitable duct. The maximum temperature can be achieved up to 220 degree C. The machine is suitable for One, Two or Three Tubes. The Cooling Zone at exit is provided to bring fabric temperature close to ambient and a Plaiter is provided at the delivery. The machine is equipped with a Control Panel with a VFD, Temperature Controller and other accessories.

The treatment of knit fabrics in tubular form on the SWASTIK TUBULAR COMPACTOR meets the exacting standards set by customers so that garment stitched from the fabric finished on this machine will yield the lowest residual shrinkage values.

The machine can be supplied suitable for various heating media like Steam, Thermic Oil circulation, direct fired Gas etc.     Stenter - Fabric Feeding The In-feed system can be supplied suitable to take up fabrics either from batches or loose folds. The machine can be supplied with a J-Scray or an Accumulator for continuous operation. OPTIMA 2510 Stenters are provided with very efficient un-curlers and Infra-Red Edge Sensors which actuate the in-feed device provided with Rack and Pinion system, ensuring perfect fabric holding in clips or pins even at high speeds exceeding 100 meters per minute.   Stenter - Over Feed A simple and accurate over-feed system using Variable Frequency Drives with AC Geared Motors ensures perfect and precise Over-feed control as required by the fabric, ranging from -10% to +50% by control of motor speed. It is very simple and easy to maintain. Separate drives control the Fabric Tension and Selvedge Tension rollers. A closed loop control system with encoder can be provided for precise control of the drives.   Stenter - Weft Shrinkage Conicity of rails can be easily obtained by acting upon the individual width controlling screws of each compartment, de-clutching the individual unit from the main width adjustment control system and adjusting the individual rail to precise requirements, by acting upon each gear box provided on individual adjusting screw with the help of a hand-wheel. A suitable indication is provided on each gear box for precise control. It can also be automatically regulated as pre-programmed by acting on individual motors, with PLC Control.   Stenter - Chain Rails Properly seasoned Cast Iron chain rail guides are provided to support the moving pin clip chain. They are strong and distortion free even when operating at elevated operating temperatures and at speeds in excess of 150 meters per min. Various combination of entry and exit chain rails are supplied for different applications. Extended entry rail track up to 6.3 meters can be provided which can support the Fabric feeding device, the Steaming device, Selvedge Gumming and pre-drying unit etc. Extended exit rail tracks up to 5.8 meters length can support the conventional Air Cooling zone, Selvedge Trimmer, Chain cleaning device etc.   The clips are made of several individual, pressure die-cast, easily replaceable components. These components are made from special corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy and are distortion-proof even at the high heat setting temperatures, These components are very well studied to the lowest individual details and are designed to ensure long trouble-free performance with all kinds of fabrics. The steel shoe holding the clips are fitted with sintered metal liners and connected with steel links. The roller chain glides smoothly on special cast iron rails. The superb sliding properties of sintered metal considerably reduces lubrication requirements even at the high heat setting temperatures, thus ensuring safe operation and long life. On request, the machine can be equipped with special polymer liners for lubrication free working. Optima 2610 is equipped with a vertical return pin chain.   Stenter - Chain Cleaning Device   SWASTIK OPTIMA 2510 can be equipped with a suitable chain cleaning device with steam, consisting of a set of hard-chrome plated nozzles with flexible steam connections, for easy and fast cleaning of pin-clip chain.   A simple motorised, quick acting two-roller Bow and four roller Skew Weft Corrector is provided for efficient correction of weft distortions. Alternatively, on request, the machine can be equipped with Automatic Weft Corrector with optical sensors and digital control. Additional sensors can be fixed on the machine exit to ensure perfect weft straitening.   Stenter - Width Adjustment   The OPTIMA 2510 is equipped with a standard motorised width adjustment device with common shaft with gear boxes mounted on top of the dryer. The width adjustment device is controlled from the control desk by means of push buttons. Setting of individual screws can be done by means of a handwheel acting through the clutch on individual gear boxes. The OPTIMA 2510 can also be equipped with individual motors and controllers for the individual screws which are controlled from the control desk either individually or all at a time. A suitable indicating arrangement is provided on the Operator Console.   DRYER MODEL RDB – 3000 is a modular dryer which can be assembled as required. The low volume design Dryer RDB - 3000 is equipped with a specially designed duct with the Heat Exchanger / Burner at one end. The Blower is fixed at the other end. The inter-connecting duct does not permit any infiltration of air into the circuit without heating. Jet nozzles are designed to obtain maximum evaporation from the fabric and are specially designed for the specific fabric requirements. The Dryer RDB - 3000 is a compact, sturdy, simple and efficient Dryer equipped with a closed circuit air circulation system, using Radial Blowers directly coupled with AC motors which can be controlled by Invertors. Basically the RDB - 3000 occupies less space and has lower energy consumption. All drive elements are fixed outside the heated area and are accessible from outside. The Dryer RDB – 3000 is equipped with insulating panels filled with high density insulating material for minimum radiation losses. Specially designed jet nozzles at the entry and delivery end ensure minimum heat loss through escaping hot air.   The blowers are mounted directly on the motors mounted outside the machine and are easily accessible. The blower speed is regulated through Variable Frequency Drives. The high volume jet nozzle elements are specially designed for perfectly even air flow to the fabric. The special design provides better fabric support, gentle heat transfer and reduced energy intake. Different nozzle shapes for different applications ensures higher productivity for different quality and types of fabrics, distortion free for delicate and knitted fabrics and are suitable even for pile fabrics. Air distribution to the fabric from the top and bottom nozzles is regulated through dampers fixed in the circuit. The dryer RDB – 3000 can be supplied with different heating media. The machine is equipped with multi-pass finned tube type heat exchangers with a large heat exchange surface for quick heating with Steam or Hot oil circulation or large firing area for Direct fired Gas Burners.  

Knit and Terry Towel fabrics which are processed in Rope Form must be opened to full width for further processing. The SWASTIK Rope De-twister RDT is efficient in undertaking this process with minimal tension. The machine consists of a turntable, a rope de-twister, a drop stitch sensing slitting unit with draw rollers and a plaiting unit. The equipment is mounted on its own structure for smooth operation. The Twist Detector consists of 2 sensor rollers and one proximity sensor. The turntable arrangement with its drive offers smooth and fast working.

Though fabric singeing is a well established and long known process, it's relevance today to the modern finisher is greater than ever before. The constant demand for better quality fabrics, particularly blended fabrics with their susceptibility to pilling, has focused more attention on the singeing machines. Swastik offers efficient 3 pass Print Dryer for Rotary and Flat Bed with Polyester Mono Filament-Teflon Glass Conveyor Belts. Dryers are suitable for Steam / Thermic Oil / Natural Gas / LPG Heating System. Air Circulation on all three passes. Temperature range up to 180ºC. Working Width 1200mm-3000mm.

RFL dipped fabrics are the backbone of high quality rubber products like tyres, conveyor belts, diaphragms, floats etc. For different applications and different fabrics, the lines can be designed as dip – Stretch lines or Stretch – dip lines or a combination of both. For heavier fabrics, the line could be double dip – stretch Line. Dipping Lines are generally put together using the following individual components.       Unwinder / Let-Off   Fixed dual stations or Turret type unwinders with brakes or AC vector drive for tension control. Closed loop control with load cell feedback provide required tension to process both light and heavy fabrics.     Accumulators In varying capacities using hydraulic cylinders or variable speed AC motor to meet speed requirements. Dipping Stations Low liquor Dip Tanks, sized to minimize dip solution waste and equipped with Hi-Squeeze Rolls to ensure uniform squeeze pressure across the web width. High-Speed Back-to-Back Double Dipping System Back to back dipping system can be provided to treat heavier Nylon, and Polyester tire cord fabrics and multiple process specifications suitable for higher speeds over 80 mpm. Squeegee Adjustable Stainless Steel doctor blades, one on each side of the fabric. Suction Extractor / De-Webber Includes a vacuum head on each side of the web fixed on adjustable slides, a primary separator box, a secondary separator, a bag filter and fan. Vacuum pressure is controlled using inverter AC variable speed drives with feedback pressure sensors. Precision machined nozzle slots ensure accurate suction velocity.     Tension Stacks and Cooling Rollers   Perfectly  Matched  machining  and  grinding for  perfect  alignment of rolls, bearings and gears. Each tension stack can  be equipped with an automatic lubrication  system  for  the  gears.  The  number and size of tension   stack   rollers   and   bearing   is   determined   by   load requirements.   Double   shell   cooling   rolls   are   provided   to   cool the  web  after   the  oven  with  the   cooling  water  moving  in  a  spiral between  the  two  walls.  For machines with lower production requirements or for lighter  fabrics  the  cooling  rollers  can  be  combined  with  tensioning  rollers. Drying & Heat Setting Chambers A  series  of  vertical  dryers  heated  by direct fired  modulating  gas  burners, supplied  for use with   sulphur   free   Natural   Gas.   Can  be  precisely controlled  to obtain  drying  and  heat setting temperatures within  required tolerance.  The  radial  blowers  circulating  the air  in  the   treatment   chamber are  directly  coupled   to   inverter controlled   AC  motors  to  obtain  the  required  air  velocity.   The  web passage through  the  dryer is vertical and the turning rollers are water cooled. For  light  belting  and  chaefer  fabrics,  the  line  is  equipped with  a  stenter  to impart weft  wise  stretch  to  the  dipped  fabric  during  the  heat  setting operations. Edge Trimmer Several slitting options offered for edge trim, including trim removal. For Chafer Fabrics, an ultrasonic Fabric sealing device can be provided prior to the fabric  slitter. Wind-up Turret type or stationary surface windup to match individual process requirements. The precise Surface Winders produce rolls up to 2000 mm diameter and ensures a finished roll with straight edges within a close tolerance. Drive The machine is equipped with AC inverter drives having Vector control technology to provide the highest level of accuracy and are controlled by a PLC to maintain speed and tension. Controls Defect free fabric needs constant tension and must be perfectly centered and properly guided throughout its run in the machine. Load cells provide closed loop control for tension. Centering arrangements, web aligners and expanders are provided as required by the process and the fabric. PLC with an HMI monitors and records process information. Controlling these critical and crucial functions via recipe management, SWASTIK RFL Dipping Lines assure consistent process conditions one lot after another, year after year. The recipe manager automatically sets speed, temperature, tension, and other variables to simplify operations. The operator interface (HMI) is an easy-to-use, intuitive graphic colour display. The PLC stores data for historical trending and can print a quality report on request. Modem communication can be provided for remote diagnosis.

SWASTIK High Efficiency jet drying relaxing and shrinking machines RELAXAIR are designed for drying and / or shrinking dyed or bleached knitwear and delicate woven fabrics, in Tubular or open width form and made of 100% cotton or synthetics or woolen and its blends. A large volume of air, circulated with the help of specially positioned well designed jets, with removable nozzles, enables drying of fabrics in between Teflon – Glass Conveyors in the shortest possible time and with an effect, almost similar to Tumbling effect. SWASTIK RELAXAIR, with staggered high velocity jets placed in opposite positions provide near – pulsating movements ensures optimum residual shrinkage with softer, fuller, bulkier handle of fabrics and improved production results with excellent shape stability. With strong and sturdy modular construction, the RELAXAIR is designed to achieve reproducible overfeed up to 50% and is provided with a pair of Teflon – glass Conveyors, lower fabric Transporting Conveyor and upper Restraining Conveyor. Conveyors are equipped with automatic centering device and mechanical / pneumatic tensioning devices. On request, the SWASTIK RELAXAIR can also be equipped with a moisture controller acting on the speed of the machine, as well as exhaust air moisture control device Blowers can also be provided with variable speed invertors to achieved desired results. RELAXAIR can be equipped with micro processor based controller to control overfeeds, temperature, moisture and speed during the process. The SWASTIK RELAXAIR can also be offered with 2-pass and 3-pass Tensionless drying and shrinking system with Three and Four Teflon-Glass conveyors respectively. RELAXAIR is provided with a conveyor, feeding fabrics or with a fabric stretching device with draw roller for multiple Tubular webs/stands, as may be in the case . Fabric delivery is through conveyor provided with a plaiting mechanism. The hot fabric is cool by means of cooling Device. SWASTIK RELAXAIR are offered with Steam / Hot Thermic oil / Natural /Gas / LPG / Electrical heating system, dry saturated steam at 7 bar is required.     Open Width Relax Dryers A Universal Relax Dryer suitable for both open width and tubular fabrics. Machine is equipped with special infeed device, with positively driven scroll Roller, Heavy duty Padder for wetting out followed by second Padder for chemical finishes, A well designed pin frame entry with vertical return pin-chain with special edge guider and positively driven Scroll Rolls, pneumatic pinning device is also incorporated, to obtain uniform GSM control. The Relax Dryer is provided with a possibility of overfeeding up to 40%, which permits good tumbling effect to allow good shrinkage of fabrics. Relax Dryer is equipped with Teflon Glass Conveyors, Steaming Device, Driven Beaters etc. Dryer could be either Single Pass, Two Pass or Three Pass as may be required. Machine suitable for production from 4 Tons to 20 Tons / day.

The PE-16/ PE-32 high-efficiency Package Hydro Extractors are centrifugal extractors suitable for removal of excess water from all types of yarn packages. Yarn can be synthetic, artificial and natural yarns wound on plastic cones / tubes or stainless steel springs.     The Hydro Extractor uses high-speed basket rotation technology, which results in better extraction and hence consumes less energy while drying. The special shock absorbers and suspension mechanism ensures noise-less and vibration-free operation. Both the Outer Drum and the Inner Basket are in Stainless Steel construction to ensure a longer life.   The Package Extractor PE 32 has dual and automatic interchangeable yarn carriers for packages which enables a continuous production. The machine has two baskets and four carriers. Two carriers are inside the basket while the other two are being unloaded / loaded. At the end of each hydro extraction cycle the carousel automatically goes up and rotates so that the carriers which were inside the baskets come out and the freshly loaded carriers go in to the basket. This system ensures high productivity due to continuous operation. The model PE 16 has one set of baskets and two carriers and is suited for lower production capacities.   The basket holds the packages which are placed on spindles. The number and size of spindles are custom designed to suit customer needs. These features along with the possibility of selecting the rotation speed ensure gentle treatment of the yarn and avoids deformation of packages and breakages of the package holding tubes.   The Package Extractor is equipped with a PLC for program selection and operation at optimal production speed by setting the cycle time and rotation speed based on the type of yarn and other features. All mechanical clutch and manual braking systems have been eliminated which reduces maintenance downtime and costs.   The high rotation speeds (up to 1500 RPM) ensures very low and uniformly distributed residual moisture content in the yarn packages after extraction without deforming them. This reduces the overall drying cost and improves quality of the final product.   Each package is loaded on to separate holders to prevent yarn damage to both the package as well as the tubes.

Mercerising can be done at different stages during the pre-treatment process. This could be after Desizing or after Scouring or after Bleaching. When done after desize-washing, it induces maximum lustre onto the fabric. However, contamination of lye can occur, which reduces life of the caustic lye. High degree of whiteness can be achieved if the bleaching process is done after mercerisation. Mercerisation after scouring and bleaching prevents contamination of caustic lye but effects the whiteness and absorbency. Mercerising can be done either on wet fabric with a lye concentration controller or on dry fabrics. Mercerising could be done with either cold lye or with hot caustic.   FABRIC FEEDING   Fabric feeding through Guiding and Centering devices. Positively Driven Batching-off unit with / without J scray for low tension and continuous working. Combination of three individually easily adjustable Curved Bar Rubber Expanders to feed Fabric in stretched condition.   LYE IMPREGNATOR   Made from Stainless Steel unless otherwise specified. Caustic lye impregnation with rollers dipped in lye as well as by caustic filled nips formed between top and bottom rollers. Grooved Bottom Rollers for better width stability. Dwell time control by speed adjustments. Driven rollers at regular intervals can be supplied for tension control. Can be equipped with chiller / heater for lye temperature control. Equipped with automatic / manual continuous filtering arrangement. Automatic fresh lye addition to maintain uniform caustic lye consistency to pre-adjusted concentration.     IMPREGNATOR WITH DWELL ZONE Mercerisers Model M-10 and above have the Impregnating zone subdivided into a Impregnating zone and a Dwell Zone. It is possible to use caustic lye in all sections or use caustic lye in the first Impregnator and use the second as a dwelling zone. For specific fabric tension requirements, drive to the intermediate bottom rollers can be provided to reduce tension in the fabric under process, ensuring better control on width.     TENSION CONTROLLED DRIVE Facility to over-feed fabrics to ensure better width stability. Grooved Bottom Rollers for better width stability. Precise temperature control near boiling point guarantees best caustic removal from fabric. Excellent dimensional stability after stabiliser. Precision control can be achieved with load cell and encoder for closed loop tension control to prevent linear and width shrinkage. Highest washing efficiency at all speeds.     SQUEEZING AFTER WASHING Each Washer is equipped with: Intermediate Squeeze Nip for bath separation. Low tension crease-free fabric movement. Fabric Expander before ni p. Stepless pressure regulation. Final nip is heavy duty, high pressure and of special design for excellent and uniform extraction throughout the width. Drive through direct-coupled Motor-Gearbox with Variable Frequency Drives.         LIQUOR CIRCULATION A suitable pump with a filtering arrangement is provided in the Impregnator, which delivers the filtered caustic lye back into the Impregnator through a distribution system located between each Roller. On request, the machine can be equipped with a continuous auto cleaning filter. The stabiliser is compartmentalised and each compartment is provided with a Stainless Steel Pump which collects the hot wash liquor from the first washing compartment and pumps it to the last section of the stabiliser. This liquor is spread onto the fabric. Similarly from this last section, the liquor is collected, filtered and pumped to the preceding section. This continues till the first stabilising section, where the accumulated liquor is taken for recovery / disposal. Lower incidence of re-dyeing       ACCESSORIES WET-ON-WET The SWASTIK Merceriser can be provided with a NaOH preparation tank, chilling arrangement for the lye and a caustic recovery plant, if required. The machine can be supplied with acid neutralization system in the washer and a Dryer. WET-ON-WET MERCERISING Desize Impregnated Fabric can be Mercerised right away in our Wet-on-Wet Merceriser WWM-X. The number of Washing Compartments depends upon the quality of fabric and the production required. In cases where the fabric is Mercerised after Scouring, Wet-on-Wet mercerising is possible using only one Pre-wash Tank. Washing after mercerising remains standard. A heavy duty Squeeze Nip "Hi-Squeeze" with anti-deflection roller prior to the Impregnator enables uniform mercerising results. Impregnator for Wet-on-Wet Merceriser is equipped with an automatic Lye concentration controller. HOT MERCERISING Being a cost effective measure, the tendency to use Hot Mercerising is on the increase in recent years. Hot Caustic lye (at about 60°C) penetrates better and more evenly to the yarn core (of the fabrics). Swelling is better as compared to cold Mercerising which helps to improve the dimensional stability of fabrics. Hot Mercerising ensures even Dye penetration and imparts a softer handle and better appearance. Shorter impregnation time requirement reduces investment cost. For Hot Mercerising, the Impregnating section is equipped with an indirect steam heating system with a temperature controller to maintain uniform temperature. THE COLD IMPREGNATION PROCESS The traditional cold impregnation process imparts more lustre to the fibre than the hot impregnation system mainly due to the greater shrinkage and high tensions needed the re-stretch the fabric to the desired width. WIDTH STABILITY can be achieved by differential speed setting of the squeezing units, controlling the shrinkage or elongation of the fabric. This can be done manually or through automation, using PLC. COMBINED CHAIN AND CHAINLESS MERCERISER Besides Lustre, Depth of Colour and fabric feel, dimensional stability of the fabric is the most essential objective of mercerization today. These can be fulfilled with the Combined Chain and Chainless Merceriser. The length and width of the fabric can be controlled at will (within physical limits) using the combination of Chainless driven rollers with fully controlled drive and a stenter frame. The layout of the machine is shown in the layout drawing below. The intensive impregnating zone is followed by a reaction zone. Up to this point the fabric guidance is on the chainless princi ple. A part of the stabilizing zone is a stenter section using the pin chain princi ple. Final stabilization compartment is again chainless and is followed by the normal high-efficiency washing and neutralizing compartments. In the Stabilizing Zone, the uniformly applied lye is removed. Hot weak lye is first sprayed onto the fabric. Gradually reducing the shrinking force. In this condition the fabric can be stretched to the desired width with a comparatively less force. The possibility of stretching on the stenter ensures uniform shrinkage and even distance between warp yarn from the selvedge to the center. This is an important advantage of the Combined Chain and Chainless Merceriser if dyed woven or striped fabrics are to be processed. Increase in fabric width can also be achieved. The pin chain permits stretching by increasing the speed or shrinkage through fabric overfeed.     AUTOMATION SWASTIK offers a fully automated machine with the most modern PLC control system which ensures optimum production. The level of automation can be designed for specific requirements of individual customers. Typical level of automation to access and control basic machine parameters, functions and displays using PLC with Graphic Colour Screen Display of various functions on a Touch Screen, can be as follows:   • Drive synchronisation • Automatic Speed Control of machine through programmed Dwell time • Lye Dosing and concentration control as per set parameters • Liquor/Water Flow proportionate to fabric weight • Level control • Temperature control • Fabric Tension control by overfeeding in the Impregnator and Stabiliser • Acid Dosing with pH control.   The system can be interconnected to a host computer or to other PLC for networking or data monitoring. Remote access of the control system is possible through use of a modem connected to the PLC.   Automatic operation and control with necessary sensors provide extremely efficient operations. Lye concentration and dwell time control with perfect temperature regulation, ideal water flow regulation, level control etc. provide for excellent mercerising effect. A pH controller helps achieve neutral fabrics before drying and a Moisture Controller prevents unnecessary over-drying of the fabrics.

A suitable Feeding Device with a Stretcher at Entry, a Caustic Treatment Section with wet fabric Stretchers - specially designed to feed fabric in creaseless manner, followed by a dwell zone. A pneumatic Squeezer is provided at the end of dwell zone. Squeeze Rollers are made from special rubber to get better squeeze. A highly efficient washing system with tower washers, with rows of water spraying devices, a large water collecting tank, with a filter and pump is provided for re-circulation. A suitable overflow system is provided to collect the residual caustic from the tank, which is taken to caustic recovery system. The number of Washers depends upon the production requirement. A small Neutralizing Tank is provided before the last tank

It can be selected for every programme step and remains constant even when reversing, and can be displayed on screen.   Speed The programmed speed remains constant and is independent of the load . Speed for each step can be programmed as desired and displayed on screen.     Oscillation When the programme demands a stoppage or at the end of the final run, the machine switches to an oscillating movement. Oscillation can be set between 1 to 5 revolutions, always on the bigger batch side.     Re-Circulation Bath re-circulation with a stainless steel pump, to obtain uniform dyeing and to improve chemical exchange, can be provided. On request a small chemical addition tank can also be provided.   Dosing Dye-stuff and chemical are added as programmed with the help of a dosing system which can be controlled by a PLC. Maxi-Jig Electronic MJE – 1400 is the most innovated machine for preparation, pre-treatment and dyeing of fabric in open width. The machine is completely manufactured from Stainless steel and is suitable for all the processes where constant speed and tension of fabric are absolutely required. The Maxi –jig Electronic MJE-1400 is suitable for processing Cotton – Viscose-Silk –wool –Polyester, flax and its blends. The Maxi-jig Electronic is equipped with individual motors controlled by special frequency controller. Tension is adjustable between 25-250 gms./cm. (linear). Maxi-jig.
