TRUCKMAN offers powered, hydraulic lifting platforms (Model No.“TL-17M”) designed to meet the growing demand for low-prices lifting tables with high quality. These tables are available in lifting capacity from 250 kg to 5000 kg having table sizes up to 3000 mm in length. The table can lift 800 mm to 3000 mm with the help of multiple scissors. The scissors are used to elevate the table by applying force through a hydraulic cylinder operated by a motorized pump unit or a hand pump. Two limit switches (optional) are provided for limiting the raised height as well as the lowered height. Applications include lifting and transporting of heavy dies or heavy materials. The tables enable an operator to lift, lower and move loads and transfer heavy loads from floor to floor, vehicle to vehicle and machine to machine speedily, says the firm. They are used in engineering industries, water houses and transport companies, and for placing dies on power presses. These tables also find applications in automatic feeding of tin sheets in cutting, printing and maintenance work. They provide an efficient low cost alternative to other Materials Handling Equipment. The machine is useful for loading and unloading and shifting heavy and unwidely materials. Designed for maximum maneuverability and tested for 25% overload. The lift is by means of a double acting hand hydraulic pump unit which is fitted with an infinitely controlled release valve. A special hose rapture valve prevents load from falling down in case of hose failure due to accident. The 3000 kg crane is ideal for lifting heavy loads and positioning on to machine tools , as well as other maintenance and assembly jobs. Like the 500 kg model, the jib adjusts to three positions. truckman battery operated pallet trucks ( model -tp 12 b ) are for use within the shop floor for moving loaded pallets with material. these are made in 1 ton , 2 tons capacities. the lowered height of the fork of 1 ton & 2 tons varied from 90mm to 100mm as standard. the lifted height of fork for capacity 1 ton and 2 tons can be 200mm as standard. this truck is suitable for lifting of heavy materials on shop floors. the battery is of adequate capacity for use for one shift, nonstop. optional higher ampere hour capacity battery can be offered for longer hours. for the capacity of 1 ton and 2 tons , the truck has one single drive wheel with steering. the lift of forks is motorized and an optional hand pump, can also be provided for use in case the motor pump is under repair or maintenance. for 1 ton and 2 tons the steering is directly controlled by a handle.

These models are available with single, double scissors up to five numbers to reach up to the height of 10 metres. The maximum platform height is restricted with the length of scissors.
