The ingredients are cooked using steam temperature. The steam is not directly in contact with the ingredients but it is enclosed in jacketed vessel. The jacketed vessel surrounds nearly whole mixture. This increases the contact surface area of mixture. Due to more contact area the cooking process is faster and a continuous taste can be maintained. This process is highly efficient as it copes up with the other process and due to which no delay is created. The process of cooking is safe. The mixture can then be collected in cooling plate.
