The KDS-101 Sensor measures wind speed and direction in automatic weather station applications. The four ultrasonic sensors of the unit measure the time it takes for ultrasound to travel from one transducer to another for computing the wind speed and direction. The sensor provides data continuously and the measurements are reliable regardless of altitude, temperature and humidity.
