After the plates are machined they are surface lapped to achieve perfect flatness for smooth & final shape. We offer valve plates upto 250 mm diameter with fillers such as glass & carbon to enhance properties. Any ported plate, ring or other component can be customized in thickness, OD, ID, port sizes, etc. We can also produce tailored components in PEEK, Carbon PEEK, MT, Nylon, etc.
