VGOR brand Electrically Operated Overhead Travelling Cranes are designed & manufactured in accordance with IS: 3177 and IS: 4137. The structural parts of the cranes are designed in as per with IS: 807 and IS: 800. Our cranes are manufactured with standard components and controls to ensure reliabilityThe single girder design, in general preferred up to 15T capacity and span of 20M, is made from either rolled steel I-beam with C-Channel capping section on top for lateral stiffness or box section fabricated from plate. The rolled steel section girders, even though widely used, are ultimately limited by the availability of beam size and length. The distance from the hook at the top most position to the top of the gantry is often greater than in double girder designs, although low headroom hoists can minimize this limitation. .

Geared type Push-pull type manually operated trolleys mounted on monorail are designed to provide for transfer load from one place to another. Monorail trolleys have provision for mounting Chain pulley blocks or electric chain hoist or motorized chain blocks.

Designed and Manufactured as per IS 3832. Load Chain Wheels are of S.G. Iron Malleable casting with accurate chain sprockets for smooth running and mounted on two nos. ball bearing. Steel forged hooks are confirming to IS 8610 and fitted in upper arm. Bottom block made out of heavy duty S.G. iron malleable casting. Gears are made from alloy steel material, precise machined, gear hobbed & case hardened – duly annealed. Hand Chain Wheel is manufactured from graded casting as per IS-210. Load Chain is of grade 80 confirming IS 6216 alloy steel material uniformly electrically welded from alloy steel duly heat treated for ductility, toughness & wear resistance and accurately calibrated for smooth running in wheels. Screw and Friction type positively self actuating load pressure brake ensures safety at all positions.

Jib Cranes are built consistently with hoisting & traversing units manufactured as per Indian standards. Mast is fabricated from pipe / rolled steel section, while the Jib Arm is fabricated from I-Beam or Mild steel plates. Thrust and ball bearings provided for smooth swivel as well as to take care of vertical and horizontal load as well as radial thrust.Swivel operation provided both in manual operated through hand chain or electrically through motor & gearbox mechanism. The base is drilled to take foundation bolts.These cranes are available in 180 / 270 / 360 deg boom swivel angles.Hoisting unit may be manual chain pulley blocks operated through hand chain from floor or electric chain hoists or electric wire rope hoists. H.O.T Crane is a Hand Operated overhead traveling crane. Overhead traveling cranes are both single girder and double girder and have a capacity ranging from 500 kg to 50,000 kg capacity.

A goliath (gantry) crane is similar to a top running crane except that the crane bridge is supported by legs and the rails are at ground level. The additional leg structure makes the crane more expensive, this is offset by the considerably cheaper low level rails. That advantage increases with increased track length making them particularly suitable for large outdoor stockyards. There is an additional safety hazard arising from travelling on low level rails which must be considered, but this can usually be taken care of easily and ground level rails can be advantageous compared to the obstruction caused by the building structure columns. They can be of single or double girder design with similar construction methods. Furthermore they can be designed with a cantilever at one or both ends.A semi-goliath (semi-gantry) crane is a hybrid of a goliath and a top running crane with one end of the bridge supported by a high level gantry and the other by a leg running on a low level track. Typically they are used in an area adjoining a building and the high level gantry is integral with the building structure. They are therefore suitable for outdoor stockyards alongside a building but also for indoor use where a full span of the building is not required.Outdoor duty goliath cranes are checked for stability under storm condition.
