Vibro Finishing Machine Vibromatic Industries Vibro finishing machine is a bowl type centrifugal finishing machine. The machine bowl is loaded with suitable ceramic / plastic or steel media and the components be processed. The mutual rubbing action takes place inside the chamber due to the gyratory vibrations, Compared to other simpler processes this method completes the deburring process faster. Driers important if parts are to be painted or plated. Vibro Dryer is used for drying of wet components. The dryer is filled with water absorbing media like corncob. The wet components when tumbled with corncob, it gets nice wiping action and Stain Free Drying is achieved. Longer process time here enhances luster of the components. The time cycle can be infinitely varied after which the unload flap is flipped into position and parts are discharged via the unloading screen. The cob remains in the bowl. Unbalance motors are a synchronous AC Motors with pairs of centrifugal weight fitted to the ends of the motor shafts. The size of the unbalance and with it the amplitude of the oscillation by the working unit can be adjusted by shifting the centrifugal weights when the motor is at a stanstill. Vibromatic industries Auto Separation Vibro Finishing Machine is a bowl type finishing machine. The bowl is coated with rubber or PU lining. The machine bowl is loaded with suitable finishing media and the components be processed. The interaction between the finishing media and the work piece results in deburring, descaling, rounding of corners and polishing of the work piece. In auto discharge machines there is in-built part-media separation arrangement. At the end of the process machine flap is lowered into the bowl automatically & part media mixture is comes over to the separation sheet.
