The egg used in this process are naturally processed free from antibiotics. Can be used in hotels or home for making omlets and can also be used in bakeries. W.e.p can also be used in cosmetics and every purposes where egg is used. Mean while the shelf life of the egg powder is one year from the date of manufacturing. it is very good in practical implementation, it removes bad smell from your kitchen, doesnt attract flies like egg shell do. Better taste and smell than acutal egg and the powder is nothing else than egg nothing is added to it , it is just dehydrated and can be used again by adding 75% of water and 25 % of w.e.p and mixing it well. 10.5 grams is equal to one egg liquid .
