We manufacture and export high quality w series drilling rod that is widely used in various industries for its high efficiency. Standard 'w' series rods are flush-coupled and a coupling is supplied with each rod length. Atc drill rods are manufactured form cold drawn seamless steel tube and the couplings are machined from heat treated alloy steel to withstand wear and stress to which they are especially prone. We also supply drill rods as per bs 4019 with internal upset, imported tubes.

Although not as versatile as impregnated bits, the Surface Diamond Bits have specific applications in soft to medium hard formations. The surface set bit, as its names implies, is manufactured with diamonds individually set on the matrix. We select a premium quality diamond, which is of the highest quality for its surface set bits. This carefully selected diamond is mechanically rounded creating overload stones which offer the best resistance to shock loading. The mechanical rounding process has the advantage of eliminating diamonds weakened by fissures and cleavages. datc manufactures 'q' series wireline drill rods as per "bs4019". we use cold drawn seamless tubes and the machining is done on special imported cnc lathe. we also provide hard chrome plating on outside of tube-boxed for 150 mm length & 100 micron thickness. we care further also involved in providing plating as per customer specifications.
