The Kerala State Coir Machinery Manufacturing Company is fully owned by the Government of Kerala. the incorporation of the company was aimed at designing, developing, producing and distributing excellent quality coir machinery required for the cooperative societies and companies working in the coir sector.
We are offering excellent quality machinery required for coir industry. Normally, due to higher abrasive strength of coir and presence of wetness and salinity, parts used in most of the coir machinery get damaged, rusted and worn out very fast. we have developed special metallurgical processes to prevent damage happening to sensitive parts and hence our machines are durable and offering extended service life.
Being the company fully owned by the Government of Kerala and major supplies are for societies and government organisations, we are following strict quality control measures.
we have supplied heavy duty defibering machines, coconut dehusking machine, coir yarn spinning machine, baling press, coco pot and garden article making machines, yarn spooling machines and so on.
We are performing as implementing agency and machine suppliers for various projects under coir board.
