FFS - Granules: -This automatic Form Fill Seal (FFS) machine is suitable for packing small pouches of powder/ granules. The smallest model can pack 0.5g (1.5 cubic centimeter by volume as it have a volumetric measurement unit) with a speed of 40 to 120 pouches per minute depending on the product. Various other models with fixed and adjustable range also available. FFS - Auger: -It is suitable for the packing of spices, non free flow type powers like coffee powder, turmeric powder, mehndi powder, skimmed milk power and various other chemicals as it have an auger filling attatchment in various packing ranges from 10g to 200g. FFS - Liquid: -These models are useful for the packing of liquids from 5ml to 40ml. It can pack shampoo, oil, ghee, tomato sauce, jam, syrups, lubricating oil, 2T oil, liquid soap, etc. Coller Type Liquid Pack - (RAPLC-500L): -This machine model is best suitable for 100 to 500 ml liquid packs. It is economical unit for the packing as it is a non pneumatic model and hence do not need compressor and programmable logical controller (PLC). It can pack mineral water, milk, oil, cold drinks and many other liquids. Pneumatic model also available for 1 litre and 2 litre polypack. (RAPPC-1000L) Coller Type Powder Pack - (RAPPC-1000G): -This pneumatic model of coller type machine is best suitable packing spices, powder like skimmed milk powder, Flour, Cement and indiga etc. in the packings of 500g and 1kg with an attatchment of auger filler, cup filler model is also available for the packing free flowing products like tea, Dal and other granular products. Horizontal Pillow Pack (Candy) Machine - (RAPP-400H): -This pillow wrapping machine model in applied for Candy (toffee) like Hajmola Candy, Alpenliebe, Chlormint, Center Fresh or Medicines etc. This machine is also known as Candy machine. It is a high-speed packing machine and can pack 400 pieces per minute. Horizontal Choclate Pack Machine - (RAPC-60): -This model have a wide range of applications. It is a horizontal packing machine.
