The instrument adopts the motorized test force application without weight blocks, and uses 0.5%?m (micrometer) compression sensor to feedback the information and the CPU control system to automatically compensate the test force lost during the testing. The test force and the load dwell time can be directly set pressing the selected keys on the touch-keyboard, with reliable repetition, precise reading and easy operation. GHB-3000D is a half automatic and intelligent Brinell hardness testing machine, it adopts the pressure sensor to replace the traditional quality weight, this innovate design makes the instrument more accurate. GHB-3000D selection of testing force and dwell time is controlled and monitored on the front panel, it is automatic during the process of loading, dwell and unloading. GHB-3000D adopts digital Brinell microscopes with adjustable LED illuminator, it doesn't need the operater to read the detail length of indention, it only needs the operator to aim he D1, D2 diameter of indention and press the length key twice on the testing anvil, then the built-in computer can compute the Brinell scale and display the final testing result on LCD display automatically. GHB-3000D supports the hardness conversion , it can use Brinell scale to get conversion scale of HRC, HRB, HRC, HV, etc. GHB-3000D doesn't need the operator to read the detail diameter of indention and check the Brinell testing table, it improves the speed and accuracy of hardness testing obviously.
