A.100 KN Flexure Testing Machine – Hand Operated.BIS-516. For Flexure Strength Test on moulded concrete flexure test specimens of 15 cm x 15 cm x 70 cm or 10 cm x 10 x 50 cm. size by third point loading method. The machine consists of a welded steel frame. The hydraulic jack of 100 KN. Capacity is fitted with the top plate and its ram moves down words for load application. To the ram of the jack is attached to top loading beam with two 38 mm diameter rollers which can be placed at 133 mm or 200 mm centres for loading 10 cm or 15 cm beam respectively. The retaining springs are provided for the rollers and two retaining springs for the loading ram. A supporting beam with two 38 mm dia rollers is placed on the base of the machine.
