Consists of two S.S. cones welded with a cylindrical shell and having charging and discharging at opposite ends mounted on a channel stand. Drive is by means of an electric motor & reduction gear box through a centre shaft. The cone is mounted on Plummer blocks for easy movement there by ensuring through mixing. It is a double walled unit mounted on a sturdy angle iron frame. Inner and outer made up of heavy M.S. sheet, with outer duly hammertone painted and inner with high temperature aluminium paint. The gap between two walls is fitted with high grade glass wool to minimise thermal loss. Brackets to support the heavily laden drying trays at adjustable height are provided on the sides of inner walls.
