A versatile, electrically heated sterilizer under saturated steam of Adjustable pressure of 10 to 20 psi. double walled construction with boiler & steam jacket made of thick stainless steel and gap is filled with high grade glass wool to bring the temp. loss to a minimal level.The outer chamber is made out of thick mild steel.The lid is made of thick stainless steel plate (joint less) or gunmetal plate and can be sealed by a jointless neoprene rubber gasket by wing nuts through hinged bolts by engaging slotted lugs on rim of the cover. Provided with dial pressure gauge, air/ steam release cock, spring loaded safety valve adjustable to any required point from 10 psi to 20 psi with accuracy + 3 psi. A drain cock has also been provided. A double safety valve has also been provided along with inlet. Supplied complete but without dressing bins.

Construction Triple walled construction, all the three walls are made of thick high grade stainless steel sheet of SS-304 grade. The lid is made of stainless steel sheet. The unit is fitted with radial locking system with paddle lifting device, made of MS chrome plated. Provided with built- in safety valve, pressure gauge, pressure release valve and water level indicator. The pressure is adjustable from 5 psi to 20 psi with automatic pressure control switch, which controls the pressure with an accuracy of +/- 1 psi. Supplied complete with stainless steel basket, chord and plug. Mode of Heating Electrically heated by special flange type/immersion type heaters bearing ISI mark, to work on 220 volts single phase 50 cycles Working Pressure The pressure inside the chamber is variable from 5 psi. to 20 psi.
