Post Office Box Plug Type : Having three or four pairs of ratio coils of (10, 100, 1000 ohms) and 16 series coils of selected double covered wire enclosed in a teakwood case with Sunmica Top. The blocks are made of brass size 1/2" (Square Rod) nicely golden lacquered and resistance values are engraved on them. The top is manufactured from Bakelite. Two tapping keys are provided for Battery and Galvanometer. All plugs are interchangeable. All coils are calibrated on Imported Testing Bridge Accuracy ± 0.1%

DESCRIPTION : With 6-decades, four series dials for resistance 1, 10, 100 & 1000 ohms and 2-ratio dials. Two terminals are provided for using the series dials as on ordinary dial type resistance box. The galvanometer and battery key are fitted with contacts. Range of measurement is 0.001ohms to 1, 11, 10000ohms. Coils are non-inductively wound with manganin wire. Accuracy + 0.2% to 0.05% A grade.

Each ratio arm has resistance of 10, 100 and 1000 ohms. The series arm has a resistance of 11110 x 1 ohm given by 16 coils. Battery and galvanometer keys are provided.
