Hot Air Oven - A double walled unit with outer body made of Mild Steel Sheet treated for degreasing & rust proofing duly powder coated and inner chamber made of Stainless Steel Sheet (304 Grade) and adjustable Stainless Steel Wire Mesh shelves. Space between inner chamber and outer wall is filled with high grade mineral wool for minimal heat loss. The Double Walled Door has synthetic rubber fibre gasket. Unit has ventilation slides on two sides to control inner air vapor circulation.

Laboratory Hot plates are available in round and rectangular shapes. Body is fabricated out of thick mild steel sheet, duly finished in epoxy powder coated. The Hot Plate made of cast iron, nicely and precisely machined & smoothed duly finished in heat resistant black paint is firmly mounted on the body.

It has a compact casted pump for creating high vacuum and is fitted with a 0.25 HP motor to drive V-Belt at a speed of 400 RPM. The entire set up is mounted on a heavy steel base plate and is fitted with belt guard as a standard feature.

It operates on siphoning principal, consists of SS Washing cylinder and removable pipette holder to accommodate pipettes upto 375 mm long.

Spring loaded safety valve, dead weight type safety valve & steam release valve. A jointless neoprene gasket is also provided for leak proof sterilization.
