Outer body of our autoclave is constructed out of thick gauge stainless steel sheet of SS-304 grade. The inner chamber is also made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of SS-304 grade. The middle wall is also constructed from the strong and sturdy stainless steel sheet of ss-304 grade s stainless steel sheet. These are steam stocking models connected with a three way valve to control the sterilization cycle inside the autoclave. Our autoclaves are insulated by generous mineral glass ass wool insulation. The strong lid constructed out of thick stainless steel plate has a double safety radial locking arrangement, which ensures an easy and smooth opening and closing operation for all our autoclaves.Heating : The heating process in our triple walled Horizontal autoclave is done through specially designed water heatersof suitable wattage to ensure optimum sterilization time in every sterilization cycle.Working Temprature : As per the international standards and guidelines our triple walled Horizontal autoclave have a working temperature of 121oc. ,however for specific requirements our autoclaves can be upgraded to be used for up to 134°c.Pressure Range : The normal pressure range of our autoclave is 5 psi to 20 psiLoad : 18KWPressure Control : The pressure inside our Horizontal autoclave is controlled through a semi automatic electro mechanical device called piezostat, which controls the pressure inside the chamber and cuts of the current from the heater whenever the pressureexceeds the set pressure value of the autoclave, thus making it very safe and energy efficient. \n \n Technical Features of Deluxe Horizontal Autoclave \n \n Hi-tech radial lock locking mechanism for ultimate ease of operation and safety. \n Steam Release valve of Stainless Steel ensuring a long life of the equipment. \n Huger grade spring loaded safety valve of brass, duly chrome plated. \n Water Indication Gauge with stainless steel enclosure. \n High accuracy and reliable pressure gauge. \n Multiple operating valve for the control of the sterilization cycle. \n Accidental Vacuum Break Device: Ensuring vacuum break due to power failure or any other usage. \n Water Level Cut Off Device \n Cut Hammer contractor for long trouble free usage. \n Specially designed ISI marked stainless steel heaters. \n Plug screen to prevent line choking due to sediment discharge. \n Highly accurate temperature and pressure gauges for boiler chamber and jacket. \n

A versatile, electrically heated sterilizer under saturated steam of Adjustable pressure of 10 to 20 psi. double walled construction with boiler & steam jacket made of thick stainless steel and gap is filled with high grade glass wool to bring the temp. loss to a minimal level.The outer chamber is made out of thick mild steel.The lid is made of thick stainless steel plate (joint less) or gunmetal plate and can be sealed by a jointless neoprene rubber gasket by wing nuts through hinged bolts by engaging slotted lugs on rim of the cover. Provided with dial pressure gauge, air/ steam release cock, spring loaded safety valve adjustable to any required point from 10 psi to 20 psi with accuracy + 3 psi. A drain cock has also been provided. A double safety valve has also been provided along with inlet. Supplied complete but without dressing bins.

We are also a well known cylindrical autoclave manufacturers in India. Construction The unit has outer chamber, inner Chamber, Boiler, Lid and Jacket - all made of 304 grade stainless Steel. For controlling sterilization cycle, a three way valve or a multiport valve - made of S.S. is provided. It is supplied complete with vacuum breaker, water level indicator, steam trap and automatic pressure control switch. The whole unit is mounted on a robust tubular stand. It is available in the following standard sizes. Operatable on 3 Phase, 440 Volts A.C. Supply. Mode of Heating Electrically heated by special flange type/immersion type heaters bearing ISI mark, to work on 440 volts three phase 50 cycles. Working Pressure The pressure inside the chamber is variable from 5 psi. to 20 psi. But the normal recommended pressure for sterilization process is 1.2 kgf/cm sq.g ( 15 psi - 17 psi ) Working Temperature : 121° C Hydrotest Pressure : 2.5 kgf/cm sq.g ( 35 psi )
