Our Paddy Separator is an efficient machine which can separate paddy from shelled Grains. Our engineers take special care in fabricating these Paddy Separators with the latest design, rigid construction. Paddy Separator is manufactured in three to four tires having 18 to 72 compartments. Main separation box is made out of Teak wood for good strength and durability. Paddy Separator provides more output with lesser power consumption. Its main chasis is made of the best quality M.S sheet. It moves smoothly on vertical & horizontal bearings fitted with special grade nylon rings for long lasting operations. Paddy Separator has bearing type eccentry wheel through which it can be moved from one place to the other.

Paddy separator designed to separate paddy from rice, consists of a separator table and support base with drive. Separator table contain flooring sheet and zigzags compartment assembly, made from heavy gauge cold rolled steel sheets, completes with covering of separation table. The support base consists of a steel fabrication, flywheel, two support beams and guide rollers. The drive shaft running on two strong bearings carries the heavy fly wheel. Two beams that move around the centre of the drive base carry special support.
