Paddy separator designed to separate paddy from rice, consists of a separator table and support base with drive. Separator table contain flooring sheet and zigzags compartment assembly, made from heavy gauge cold rolled steel sheets, completes with covering of separation table. The support base consists of a steel fabrication, flywheel, two support beams and guide rollers. The drive shaft running on two strong bearings carries the heavy fly wheel. Two beams that move around the centre of the drive base carry special support. We offer a highly efficient Pneumatic Paddy Husker for husking process of paddy automatically with lesser amount of broken rice and increased life of rubber rolls. The Pneumatic Paddy Husker runs on pneumatic mechanism which avoids its idle running when paddy is not flowing into dehusking chamber and both the rollers get disengaged. There are two high speed blowers attached to the Pneumatic Paddy Husker amongst those, one keeps the machine cool and other is engaged to suck the hot air.
