Faces of internal and external jaws are ground on both sides and are tested for ensuring quality and accurancy. Hardness 55-60 Hrc. Scrolls : Scrolls are manufactured from carbon and steel and are properly heat treated for ensuring quality durability. Hardness 25-30 Hrc. Pinion Gears : Pinion Gears are manufactured from the solid tough alloy steel and have a square recess to be operated with the chuck operating key. Hardness 40-45 Hrc. Chuck Operating Key : Chuck Operating Key is manufactured with Hardened and tempered alloy steel of suitable length.
