The current Global requirement is to protect the environment and saving of trees to control Global warming which is the threat to mankind. Khanna Paper Mill is responding to this call of the day and using Paper recycling process to cater the need of paper. Paper recycling is the process of turning waste paper into new paper products. There are three categories of paper that can be used as feedstocks for making recycled paper: mill broke, pre-consumer waste, and post-consumer waste. Mill broke is paper trimmings and other paper scrap from the manufacture of paper, and is recycled internally in a paper mill. Pre-consumer waste is material which left the paper mill but was discarded before it was ready for consumer use. Post-consumer waste is material discarded after consumer use, such as old corrugated containers (OCC), old magazines, old newspapers (ONP), office paper, old telephone directories, and residential mixed paper (RMP). A high gloss, mirror-like surface, one side or two sides.Allowing the coating to harden while in contact with chromium polished surfaced coats cast coated paper. In the process of cast coating, the coated paper is press against a solid, highly polished chrome surface while the coating is in a plastic condition. The gloss of the drum is thereby cast into the coated surface after drying. The coated finish is similar to the surface it has been in contact with during drying.
