Why Groundwater Prospecting Scientifically?: The water availability on surface and underground is decreasing day to day. So the existing local methods in practice are not useful. Only scientific methods and instruments may give some satisfactory results. Which method is more reliable and result oriented? The Resistivity method is more reliable and widely in practical throughout world for ground water Investigation. We apply Schluberger Method by operating Resistivity Meter What instruments are used in the Resistivity Method:- There are two instruments. One is Resistivity meter which is applied for ground water investigation to fix a pin point and detail study of underground formation (Strata) before making Bore hole/ dug well. Two is the logger Unit which is applied for groundwater quality investigation and strata in the bore hole after drilling it. What would be the reliabilities in Resistivity Method for groundwater Exploration? Resistivity Method is about 80 % reliable and widely is in practices throughout the world. Generally the farmers are getting bore well drilled without getting groundwater survey services scientifically. The existing non-scientific practices are being applied many time and failure those most probably in these field. To drill the bore or dig the well latest science and technology are being applied. To lift the groundwater out of the wells, the latest science and technology is also applied. But, to fix the pin points having maximum quantity of groundwater in the concern area, the latest science and technology are neglected and finally the repeating of new failed wells is continued. This is the wastage of valuable time and money. All the concern persons are hereby advised to go with the persons providing Groundwater Investigation services prior to establishment of wells. For our detail survey services we apply the Resisivity Meter., After getting the pin point by through out profiling survey, we take Vertical Electrical Soundings with help of Resisivity Meter. Profiling survey is our specialties. Mostly in India, none is doing Profiling survey by application of resistivity meter to select the pin point having maximum quantity of groundwater. We do not support the dowsing methods to find out groundwater resources, but refer the observation of Varahmihir, vegetation, topography, dyke and fracture zone etc.

Ground Water Exploration Scientifically
We apply Vertical Electrical Sounding survey (VES) methodology by taking datareadings through Earthh Resistivity Meter. In V.E.S. method during application of Schlumberger Confugeration, the potential electrodes are moved only occasionally, and current electrodes are moved outwards in steps. Commonly, however, zones of distinctive resistivity can be associated with specific soil or rock units on the basis of local field or drill hole information, and resistivity surveys can be used profitably to extend field investigations into areas with very limited or nonexistent data. Generally, since the resistivity of a soil or rock is controlled primarily by the pore water conditions, there are wide ranges in resistivity for any particular soil or rock type, and resistivity values cannot be directly interpreted in terms of soil type or lithology. Thus, after finishing all the fieldwork and necessary data related to groundwater, we apply our potential to finalize report by computerized program through getting necessary curves and calculation figures.
