These are two stage gear boxes having 1st stage out of spiral bevel pair duly case hardened and lapped with another helical pair with case hardened and ground. Normally output shaft is vertically upward which takes the dynamic thrust of fan as well as dead weight of the same by virtue of thrust bearing which is provided in the gear box.

We are offering a wide range of Planetary type Slew drive gearboxes for various bulk material handling, marine and defence applications.

Vertical Gearboxes are designed specially suitable for Vertical Drives with essential features like dry well arrangement, extra heavy capacity output shaft bearings to take care of external load etc. Helical Gearbox are supplied with suitable motor mounting adaptors, flexible coupling on input and rigid coupling on output (optional) corresponding to specific requirements.

Elecon has started producing Spiral Bevel Gears in 1976. Since then, Elecon using these specially designed, spiral-toothed gears in all Right Angle drive Bevel Helical Gearboxes and also supplying loose Spiral Bevel Pair to various users as per specific requirement.
