The wet cake powder/cake is subjected to drying operation of bricking into smaller lamps, in specially designed mixture, is then fed into drying chamber by double screw feeder control the input rate. The main chamber has mechanically rotary, which brakes and fluidized the wet material, which canes in contact with hot process air entering from the bottom. The intense mixing of hot air and agitated particle sustain and accelerates drying. The dried particle is carried with processing to cyclone & bag filter, where particulate is metal separated at through rotary air heavy valve.
