A fully automatic, pellet fired thermic fluid heater, specially designed for food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries for supply of process heat up to 320 0C. The units are supplied in ready to use condition, having four different models of 50,000 kcal/hr, 1,50,000 kcal/hr, 2,00,000 kcal/hr and 3,00,000 kcal/hr. Bigger units are supplied as special equipments to suit individual heat requirements of client. The unit consists of fully automatic pellet burner, combustion chamber, coil type heat exchange, exhaust blower and control panel. Ideal for cooking in food processing industries, and for process heating in pharmaceutical, mineral, chemicals, pigment & dyes, paint & resins, ceramics.

Our pellet fired fully automatic burner, directly fired under the boiler/cooking vessel are very cost effective, fast and easy operate. They are smokeless, and give clean working environment, which is must for industry producing medicine for human consumption. We have three model for such applications having heat output from 20,000 kcal/hr to 2,00,000 kcal/hr. We supply only burners or burner with furnace and evaporator pan, made of M.S or S.S. as per customer’s requirements.

A fully automatic, central pressurized hot water generator, operating with our pellet burner are safe and eco friendly. They are designed to give continuous flow of hot water at preset temperature from 40 0C to 98 0C. The unit is fully assembled, insulated and fitted with suitable fully automatic wood pellet burner in the factory. The units are either once through type or can be recirculation type, depending upon user’s requirement Ideal for bathing, washing, space heating for hotel, hospitals, guest house, and hostels. It is available from 20,000 kcal/hr to 3,00,000 kcal/hr in four different models. The unit is supplied with dedicate electrical panel.
