We offer wide range of bio medical and chemical waste Industrial Incinerator in innovative designs. Incinerators, offered by us, can be heated by gas or electricity. Our innovative designs have primary and secondary combustion chambers. After initial burning of waste, the gases/ashes are transferred to secondary chamber and further burned to high temperatures up to 10000C and passed through a Tortuous path where micro solid particles are removed and collected. Fuel gases then can be further refined in wet and dry scrubbers to make them pollution free. We have various designs for handling of bulk, liquid and solid waste. Our Incinerators have a capacity range from 25kgs/hr to 1000kgs/hr for chemical waste. Our Incinerators are energy efficient, reliable and user friendly and require minimum maintenance. Fume extraction and de-dusting systems are installed to capture the fugitive dust/fumes generated in furnaces or during handling of material before or after various processes. The system consists of suction hoods at various dust/fume generating points, elaborate ductwork, butterfly dampers (both manual and automatic) at appropriate locations, a modular, casing entry, offline, pulsejet bag filter, a centrifugal ID fan and a self-supported stack. As per the environment law, some of the industrial, commercial and hospitals wastes cannot be disposed directly into the surroundings. They are disposed either as land fill or are burned into incinerators to reduced health and environmental hazards. The incinerators can be customized to suit the individual needs. Primary and secondary burners are fully automatics ones, working either on gas or oil. They are batch type or continuous type depending on the size and the volume.
