The feed cake from feed vat is fed by screw conveyor into the drying chamber where hot air from Hot Air Generator carries the particles of wet cake upto cyclone and/or bag filter.   The dry powder is collected at bottom through Rotary air lock valve and the air with water vapour is sent out through chimney via blower. Roto Cone Vacuum Dryer is suitable for vacuum drying of materials which need to be dried at lower temperatures to avoid oxidation. The RCVD can also be equipped with lump breakers for breaking larger lumps. This machine incorporates the principles of reduced drying time, reduced exposure to product,easier cleaning and continuous closed vacuum system.

RVPD consists of a horizontal cylindrical jacketed/ limpeted vessel with a central hollow shaft, heated/non-heated having blades which churn the material as well as sweep the surfaces. Vacuum is applied and drying takes place in a closed loop system with dust filter, condenser, receiver and vacuum pump. Smaller capacities in cantilever shaft construction suitable for easier cleaning required for pharma application also available.

Analpa Industries make High Pressure Stirred laboratory autoclave are robustly built reaction vessels having magnetically coupled, seal-less agitator. These laboratory autoclave are provided with PID controlled electrical heating & cooling arrangements. Flameproof or Non-flameproof control panels indicate pressure, temperature, agitator speed etc. with very high degree of accuracy.
