The Steelcon Engineering are modified to have three tubular reactors that can be configured as required to operate in a strictly parallel fashion, or in a cascade arrangement where the products from one reactor are immediately directed to a second reactor. These systems feature gas blending subsystems that are capable of mixing up to four reactant gases (each), followed by controlled delivery of the blended mixtures to each of the three reactors (per model) via dedicated mass flow controllers. The systems downstream components for each reactor include a heat exchanger/condenser, a gas/liquid separator and a fully automated back pressure regulator. The systems includes support for introducing liquid reactants via high-pressure metering pumps. They come completely automated, with the addition of the highly versatile 4871 Process Controller. They also produce a wide array of products like syngas to green diesel

These Sand Mill Machine are used mainly by the paint, ink and coating industries for size reduction and dispersing of pigments in liquids. The particle size reduction up to 2 micron is possible in a single pass. The material to be processed is pumped from the bottom of the mill into the milling chamber, which is filled with grinding media of 3mm dia. The media is agitated by a shaft fitted with a number of impeller discs along its length. As the material moves upwards, it is subjected to high hydraulic and shearing forces between the grinding media, which results in fine grinding of the material. This material then passes through the screen that separates the media from the process material. All sand mills are provided with a jacket arrangement for cooling the material in the grinding chamber.

Rotary Vacuum dryers / coolers are used to facilitate rapid and low temperature drying of heat sensitive products without raising their temperature. These Dryers are horizontal cylindrical jacketed chambers and are equipped with central shaft to which paddles or ribbons and scrappers can be attached for agitation and mixing.
