These heaters are the heart of heating process which involves high temperature applications such as forging and furnace for various heat treatments. They come in two types of constructions, namely furnace coil & bundle rod heater. Furnace coil heaters are the ones which are spirally wound & then evenly stretched to achieve desired heating length. They can be supplied with studs & ceramic tubes of required specification. A bundle rod heater consists of circular ceramic beads that hold heating elements. These heaters are designed & manufactured in low voltages for faster heating in order to achieve temperatures quickly.
