These dressers are resistant to shock & impact. as the size/grain size of the wheel increases, diamond dressers with big stone size required. Smaller stones cost much less than the larger ones, hence the smaller stones features extensively in multipoint dressing tools. The cluster arrangement has several stones on the face of the tools which gives circular pattern. these dressers are particularly suit to use in rough finishes such as conical grinding, inner surface grinding, center-less grinding, dressing of larger, coarser, harder wheels and the side of grinding wheels.
