The Single Point Diamond Tools are more versatile dressing tool, which is used for turning and dressing of grinding wheel. They are made of carefully selected raw diamonds mounted in holders by means of special bonds .The dressing tool takes care of two main functions, it removes abrasive grains which have become completely worn out, and it recreates the correct geometric shape of the grinding wheel. We offers 3 grades to refinish the wheel , when the wheel become dull. Multi Point Diamond Dressers manufactured by JPT is fixed with number of natural diamonds of a quality crystal character fixed into a special wear resistant bond. The diamonds are arranged in different pattern in single layer or multiple layers, depending upon the field of operation. The contact between diamond point and wheel face reduces the unit pressure on each point resulting in a longer tool life with full utilization.

For the accurate profiling of grinding wheel only chisel tools are preferred for these operation. These Chisel Type Diamond Dressers are manufactured with specially selected higher quality natural diamonds, which are used on Diaform, Akuform & similar machine.

In Impregnated Diamond Dressers, fine diamond grains are fixed into the required shape and dimensions using a metallic bonding material, and attached to a shank. Soft bond dresser is for adjusting the surface and the form of the abrasive grinding wheel for cylindrical applications and it can cleanly adjust the grinding wheels with sharp shapes. Hard bond dresser is suited to center-less grinding of large size grinding wheels and works evenly on the grinding wheel with great cost-performance. Impregnated Diamond Dressers is quite similar to that of Multipoint diamond dresser. In this dresser the crushed diamond grit in both Natural & Synthetic grades are set in a several layers in random pattern. With this type of tool, the dressing work is carried out by several small diamonds which together result in excellent performance. To achieve good results, the diamond particles must have at least double the grinding wheel grain to be dressed. Tools with higher diamond content are more efficient in this case. These tools are more suitable for fine and sensitive grinding wheels where a lower surface finish is required.
