Rigid attention is paid throughout the manufacturing process for flatness, parallelism and every slip gauge is rigorously checked and calibrated in NABL accredited laboratory.

The instrument 'Equinox Gauges' Depth Micrometer Checker is specially, designed for the Calibration of Depth Micrometer. Gauge blocks are built-in the rigid frame to provide measuring in 25mm or 1' steps in accordance with the travel range of micrometer head.

Equinox Gauges offers micrometer checker for quick calibration of 0-25mm micrometers. These sets are available in metric & inch sizes. They are designed specially to suit calibration and inspection of micrometers.The sizes in the set are so selected that they ensure checking of micrometers at various radial positions. Thus in addition to the pitch error, errors due to drunken threads also can be located. This set is also recommended by is-2967 of 1964 for inspection of external micrometers.
