Bore size range- 6 mm to 40 mm & ¼”to 11/2” In Inch sizesAdvantages TIR within 5 microns at 4 times the cutting tool diameter. Improved vibration dampening by using a patented silicon compound as the pressuring medium. Improved surface finish and excellent size control for hole. Improves tool life up to 50% Repeatability of 3 microns TIR over 50,000 cycles. Up to and 20 mm diameter tool with Weldon or whistle notch shank can be clamped without an intermediate sleeve. The integral clamping sleeve is hardened & tempered to reduce chuck wear & give a longer service life. Always supplied in pre-balanced condition at G2.5, at 20,000 RPM. All chucks are individually tested for accuracy & torque transmission.
