Application Block moulding machine is specially designed for thermocole sheets. Single cycle of this machine will produce solid block to size 1 mtr. x 1 mtr. x 0.5 mtr. Through which we can draw Sheets of different thickness and pipe section of different size Weight used.   Features M.S fabricated strong structure 8 mm aluminium sheets, steam pipe line, pressure gauges pneumatic cylinders to close and open the block & ejector.   Parameter Control - All by pneumatic cylinders & control by push pull valves.
