A.M.P-Rose has seen in recent years that customers are increasingly looking for complete solutions to their weighing and packaging problems. Rebuilt fully automatic Hamac Hansella 145A vacuum cooker produce high boiled sugar. The settings for production quantity, vacuum, cooking temperature, duration of cooking and weight of sugar batches can easily be changed. The 145A vacuum cooker is often used in conjunction with a 126E Solvomat.

The A.M.P-Rose 1300 is an automatic and continuous batch cooker suitable for the production of up to 1300 Kghr (2860 lbshr) of high boiled sugar. The continuous batch cooker can be supplied to handle either a cold slurry of raw materials or a precookedpre-dissolved sugar solution. The continuous batch cooker comprises of an insulated steel steam pressure vessel, a variable speed product feed pump, product heating coil, a vapour extraction chamber and two receiving pans, all of which are mounted on a common base plate. The syrup and vacuum pumps, motors and vacuum condensers are mounted to separate baseplates, and are located at the side of the machine.

Sugar pulling machine is from heavy-duty, cast steel construction. While one arm is stationary the other two revolve around it. The nylon covered arms stops the candy batch from sticking to them.

The RS68 have been updated with new features on the units, which have improved the access to the machines, assuring cleaning is easier and less time consuming. The RS68 sizing roller boxes are from modular construction, allowing easy modification or future retro-fitting. With the new design, the roller boxes are simple and fast to dismantle for maintenance purposes. The RS68 can be supplied mechanical or servo driven. The BR46RS68 combination can form part of a complete A.M.P Rose hard candy forming line, or be arranged as part of a line with the ‘750’, ‘ICW’ and ‘Super 42HS’ range of cut and wrap machines. The machines can be supplied in left-to-right or right-to-left configurations, with the feed and discharge heights to suit the Client’s requirements. The Neapolitan wrapping machine has been designed to use either single or double wrappers. The outer paper is taken from a stack of pre-cut labels rather than the more common reel-fed systems. By using pre-printed labels, the chocolate manufacturer can pack small quantities of product, which is particularly useful for the smaller volume clients such as marketing promotions, corporate gifts etc. As a result of its modular construction, the Neapolitan wrapping machine can be quickly and easily size-changed at a very reasonable cost. The machine has been designed for ease of operation, low running costs and flexibility. The Aquarius RLM2 is a continuous lollipop forming machine that can form ball or cylindrical shaped lollipops. This machine had the wiring refurbished in 2007. Spare parts are included with the machine.

The laboratory coating pan is based on a spherical stainless steel pan, which can be driven at speeds variable between 5 and 75 revmin. at angles of between 0° and 180°. The unit is supplied with a 300mm pan as standard but we also offer a 400mm pan as an alternative or an additional item. Laboratory Coating Machine The laboratory coating pan is designed to a suitable height to allow for the application of heat by means of a laboratory Bunsen burner, alternatively hot or cold air may be directed to the pan by clamping a small domestic hairdryer to the framework.

Benefits of the double twist wrapping machine are its ability to handle variations in product size and shape, and the speed and simplicity of change-overs from one product size to another. Operator convenience, ease of cleaning and maintenance, and safety factors have been incorporated into the design.

The small scale cooling tunnel can be used for a number of products, it has a height restriction up to 290mm, and a belt width of 180250320mm. This chocolate melting tank is for melting blocks of chocolate, as well as fat masses. It is in all stainless. On the melter the pipes would need to be supplied with heating like hot water.
